Welcome
The Office of Student Activities offers a variety of services to both the Tarleton State University campus and the Stephenville community. We serve as a support system for all recognized student organizations at Tarleton. Student Activities hosts Risk Management sessions, organizational luncheons, Homecoming events, and offers support for active organizations, as well as new organizations.
Student Activities offers programs through the School Wide Activities Team (SWAT, the universities official student programming board) that provide opportunities for the students to build leadership skills, embrace new experiences, and develop through relationships.
Student Activities also oversees the Organizational Zone (O-Zone), which responds to the needs of organizations and is the source for new students to get information on which organization will best suit their needs. The O-Zone helps with publicity design, printing, paperwork, and other services as needed.
Our overall goad is to provide activities and programs that meet the social, cultural, recreational, and intellectual needs of Tarleton Students. Student Activities strives to enhance student learning and complement the total educational experience.
